The Frame was powder coated as close the original Tahitian Red as possible. We used a standard engine stand for most of the assembly which helped get to those tough places under the frame.

Ebay was a great source for many parts. The shocks below came from a guy in Canada off an old Honda 90. We wanted the heavier shocks so we can ride tandem,

Using tiedowns to the back of the frame we kept the bike stable and upright during reassembly. Zach kept referring to them as restraints.
